I'm digging my own new spuds atm and looking for other ways to cook them besides the obvious in thread title. Any tips much appreciated. Thanks.

I boil then squash down a bit, don't break them up, just enough to make a 'platform' season with salt and pepper add a small dollop of aioli and a tiny mint leaf mmmmmmm

Boil, place in a single layer in baking dish and crush a little. Spray with olive oil, sprinkle with rock salt and finely chopped rosemary. Bake in a hot oven until tops are slightly crispy.
