I know Sanford's at Britomart sell a lot of their fillets for Sushi and Sashimi.Sanfords salmon is from Bluff not Marlborough and it comes in daily for 22.50 a kilo.we go there to buy our fillets to smoke.It is divine and I find it is not as strong as Marlborough salmon.
