I used them instead of spinach in a feta, ricotta and spinach pie.It was only a little different tasting and it was delicious.

If they're young, tender leaves you can just eat them as they are - you often find them in mesclun mix from the supermarket - they have a mild beetroot taste (surprise, surprise!)

Put them in a saucer of water and see if they grow like a carrot top would!

I steam them and then drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Wonderful.

Older leaves cook like you would spinach or silverbeet. The soft small inner leaves use in salads. Nice to see you accroul :)
