Hi all, it's my partners birthday today and he's put in a request for duck on the menu.I have cooked this before just using a simple 5 spice rub but would love some tried and true recipe ideas for something different!

Check out an older version of the Edmonds Cook Book as there were recioes in there using game. Or one of those farmers market recioe books full of farmers' wives favourite dishes.
