We were given quite a few from a friend a few months back. I've never cooked duck before so am looking for some inspiration...

OUR MEN GOT QUITE A FEW BETWEEN THEM, THEY WERE PUT IN THE FREEZER. BUT NEXT WEEK WE ARE TAKING THEM TO OUR LOCAL BUTCHER WHO IS GOING TO ADD SOME MUTTON WITH THEM AND TURN THEM INTO SAUSAGES.WE GOT THEM MADE INTO SAUSAGES FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST YEAR AND THEY WERE YUMMY, STILL HAD A WILD DUCK FLAVOUR

Do them in an oven bag with a sauce of garlic, soy sauce and a good dollup of Rasberry Jam. Cook around 45 mins and thicken the sauce. Yummm
