Hi there, I have been trying to locate without success a recipe you posted some time back for a fruit cake you made in wooden cake box. Would it be possible for you to repost it please! Think from memory it had tsp curry powder in it as well, would that be correct! Thanks in advance

Hi Cookessentials sorry this is not related to food/recipes I was just wondering how you got on with your Hypothyroidism! I have just had a wee browse on MB and found you are/were seeing a natropath for Thyroid problems, I am seeing a natropath tooand have had the thyroflex test. You said something in your post re adrenal problems being linked to thyroid! Living in christchurch I think this may be my problem too!
