For good specials I try to get them at the start of the special, bit risky leaving it till the last day.imagine how many they went through judging by the response on here.

Had one for lunch today that I bought last time they were on special and chucked it in the freezer - nearly 3kg and I slow roasted it Greek-style for about 4 hours with lots of garlic, rosemary and lemon juice - beautiful.
