I want to make meatballs and hamburger patties to freeze for dinners/lunchs later on etc. Are the recipes using breadcrumbs okay? Does anyone have a tried and true recipe they use to freeze and reheat later? ? thanks :)

i did that at Christmas time, used breadcrumbs and froze them when cooked, had some easy as and yummy spag and meatballs since. Should have thought about it years ago.
