Hi, anyone able to provide some recipes for alcohol jellies for a party!Apart from Vodka, not sure what other spirits are nice, and what ratio of alcohol to water do you use!

The best tip i've read recently is to pour your choice of alcohol over gummy bears and leave in the fridge a few hours. they absorb the alcohol, and easy fun to eat :)

Rum/Coke jelly, vodka/orange jelly, malibu/pineapple jelly, cointreau/orange jelly, bourbon/coke jelly, cassis/blackberry jelly, just think about actual drinks and go from there :)
ETA if you buy cheap booze you can use it in place of 3/4 of the water. Dissolve your jelly crystals in 1/2 c boiling water. Stir in your 1 1/2 cups alcohol when this has just about cooled, I use more like 1/2 and 1/2 if I am using the good stuff. I use the recommended liquid amount (2 cups) or they are too hard to get out of the shot glasses - but its quite entertaining to watch ;)
