Have a lot of Kamokamo and would like to use it before it goes bad.

I'd use a marrow or zucchini pickle/chutney recipe, but replace marrow for Kamokamo

There is a lady at the Riverside Market (Lower Hutt) who make fabulous Kamo Kamo Chutney.its the best.thick. rich and yummy!
