id love some jam, chutney, sauce recipes in here with feijoas but only those that are gluten free or that i can swap some of the ingredients for. we have 3 huge trees and i dont want to waste any this year!

Feijoa Jam: Feijoas Sugar Juice of 1 - lemons, depends on quantity of friut Scoop feijoas from skin, place in pot & cover with water.Add lemon juice. Boil for as long as it takes to soften, and water reduce a bit. Measure sugar cup-for-cup with feijoa mix. Boil hard until a little put on a saucer wrinkles. Bottle while hot. NB: Put the Feijoas straight into the water with lemon juice as you scoop them, they'll stay a nice goldie cilour. If you don't they go a yucky brown, but still tastes the same. You have to add the lemon juce or it won't set.
