I was given one of these by a mate having a clear out but she didn't have the instructions. What do I do! How much rice how much water how long should it take!

bexkee, is the George Foreman that you now have a rice cooker only or .!Instruction manuals for most products of that nature can be sourced on-line but from a google search I found no mention of any George Foreman product that is specifically a rice cooker so does the product you have, have another namee.g.George Foreman Steamer or George Foreman Smart Kitchen Multicooker - have a look at:-

http://www.georgeforemancooking.com/p-75-george-foreman-smart-kitchen-multicooker.aspx

If your newly acquired product is the latter of the above, you will be able to source the manual for it through that link.

Hope that helps.:-))

245 sam. Thanks for your reply but it's nothing that fancy. It doesn't have a product number on it. Just his signature.I may just bung in a cpl of cups of white rice and maybe the same amount in H20 and see what happens in 30 minutes!

i have two basic rice cookers and i just add two cups of water to one cup of rice. withmy machines i just press down switch and it clicks off by itself. i found the rice is always perfect. you can add chicken stock or tumeric to the water. i always add lots of salt to my rice.

I can't believe how easy it was to use. Great to be able to just walk away and forget about the rice cooking. I've made some spectacular messes in the past by burning rice I'd forgotten about. (Usually due to drinking wine at the same time and wandering off to socialise)
