great idea,but how would you do it. they will spread as they cook so do you just start off with some dough at the top or do you spread it down the sides a bit!

From memory didn't Mrs Peasy Peasy cook pastry for small tarts in between two mini muffin tins!

Thanks for sharing the method Ellie . I had been wondering myself.
I might just have to give it a go sometime. I imagine it would work well with a biscuit dough that you roll & cut like the one for gingerbread-men or Christmas tree cookies.

Easy enough, did you read the review that went with the recipe. not a good one, I guess just make your own plainish cookie mix that can be rolled. must try it sometime but may have to buy some fancier muffin trays for the cookie dough to go round

Cool party idea: fill with lollies: pebbles etc, or put icecream or jelly in for a dessert
