bridget69, try doing a search here on this Trademe MB using rice bubbles or ricies or cornflakes as the Keyword and Anytime as the Date posted - you'll find a selection of slices, etc. but don't forget that both rice bubbles and/or cornflakes can also be used for crumb coatings instead of or along with breadcrumbs.:-))

You cant go wrong with afghans choc crackles rice bubble cake moro bar slice or make a fudge slice and use ricies or cornies instead of weet bix

Hi..
I usually add about a cup of cornflakes, rice bubbles or crushed weetbix, or 1/2 cup rolled oats or up to a cup coconut, to the base recipe for any slice - and most basic (butter, sugar, egg, flour, baking powder, which can also have some essence/cocoa/coconut, etc.. included) biscuit recipes can have the same added.. makes them go further too..

I used to make a weetbix slice. Cant find the recipe but it was a bit like a caramel square. Very nice, Google weetbix slice.
