btw, was watching a masterchef masterclass by simon wright on his roast duckling. Does anyone know what food processor he's using! It looks like a sunbeam cafe series one, but he keeps referring it to a robot coupe

A good knife Pressure cooker Thermomix my german super-kitchen machine, ( makes a superb juice, grinds, cooks, whips, weights , beats, froth the milk for cappuccino, make my pizza dough in two minutes, peel garlic in a couple of seconds, baby-food, smoothies, cocktails like iced margaritas, steams, cooksfluffy rice, risotto, I could go on the whole day etc.)

Look in to a Thermomix I have had one for more thana decade. Sold TM 21 for over $400.00 on Trademe and bought a new one. Expencive but boy it is worth every cent.

Look in to a Thermomix I have had one for more thana decade. Sold TM 21 for over $400.00 on Trademe and bought a new one Tm 31 two years ago. Expensive but boy it is worth every cent. You might have seen it on Australian Masterchef.
