i have checked the threads, but not found what i like. yesterdays lot was not tasty enough. has anyone else got a recipe for plum relish or chutney, I dont really want sauce, but wondered if I made sauce, could i just thicken it so it is better for on crackers etc. have got a good mix now of black doris, omega and the big plums. Just made a batch of jam, using all three. it is so yummy, can see myself with the jar and a loaf of bread tomorrow.lol. I used the jam set mix, and i can tip the jar right upside down, and it stays there.lol.thanks.

Why don't you ask him. He did Pork Busters for Pajamas (and any one else who wanted to use it) He also did some thnigs for my sidebar. An enticement would be to set up a Zazzle or Cafe Press store ad sell some merchandise in exchange for the effort. E-mail me and I'll tell you more.
