Bluenose fish

Got given some bluenose anyone know of a good easy way to cook it!

Bluenose is really nice fish, its great done all the usual ways battered crumbed smoked and steamed etc.

Personally I would crumb and pan fry in butter.

yup beaker.all good. I get a lot of bluenose and I like the fresh chunks battered ( just self raising flour, a pinch of salt and water)dip in flour, dust off, into batter and deep fry till batter sets. drain and let cool and then up the heat a little and deep fry till crispy. sprinkle of salt and your good to go.
