Can someone please tell me how to maranate mussels!

Cook raw mussels in the shell in a supermarket bag in the microwave.do these in batches about 15 mussels at a time. about 3-4 minutes no longer they will be tough.once the shells have opened (discard any that havent opened).shell the mussels and put into a container.then in a jug melt a quantity of honey.white vinegar and crushed garlic and heat till honey is melted.then pour over mussels and leave in fridge overnight.adjust the quantity of honey and vinegar to your own taste.but for about 60 musells normal half a container of honey enough vinegar to cover and heaps of crushed garlic

I make chilli mussels and also mussels marinated in vinegar. Cook mussels,remove from shell, for chilli ones just add thai sweet chilli sauce to cover the mussels in the container you aregoing to store the mussells in in the fridge. For the vinegar ones I just warm some vinegar with some sugar in it maybe 1 cup vinegar 1tsps sugar when sugar dissolved pour over mussels and leave in fridge.
