Pinwheel sandwiches, club sandwiches, mini croissants *hot or cold fillings* bacon wrapped prawns on toothpicks; mini chicken dippers;chorizo slices, cheese olives on sticks; of course the mini sausage rolls (slice them small, dip in milk and sesame or poppy seeds for a fancy look,)Mini Spring rolls, mini cheese balls topped with salami on toothpicks, sweet: Profiteroles, asstd choc platter, brandy snaps or mini brandy baskets, mini meringues topped with strawberries, fresh fruit tarts,.
