Or ask at "breakers" - whatever that may be - which gravy mix they are using, I am sure you can buy it in 5kg containers ...

i make a similar one, i cook the chicken then remove it from the pan, then i add a few tbsp (2-3) of worchester sauce and a tsp of chopped garlic, to deglaze the pan, i then add some cream and a generous handful of chopped parsley. Hope this helps.

This is it!
Brown 2-3 teaspoons of garlic in about 2 tabs butter then add 300ml cream and lots of Lea and Perrins worcestershire sauce and lots of chopped parsley. Simmer and reduce to the right consistency scrapping around outside of pan often. Salt and peper.
