One third for me - I would say that is definitely why they are not cooking in the middle.

Hi guys. Would like to say thank you to all of you for solving my problem with the yorkshire puds. I tried the recipes you gave me and my own which all turned out great. I found the problem was I was putting to much mxture in the patty tins, so for you guys that suggested that that could be my problem I would like to say a huge "thank you" for helping me out, the puds have turned out great every time.
