I use Red8 as well - vanilla - and I have no problem with the "smell" - maybe you associate something else with "that" smell?

Hmm I accidentally sniffed up some red8 while I was putting my kilo bag into a container. . no smell there at all - no taste either, just a gritty texture.

Edit - mines unflavored

OMG just found these somewhere I CAN make narchos! ! ! !

1 large zucchini, shredded
2 eggs
2 cups cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Grease 2 cookie sheets.

Cut ends from zucchini. Shred. Mix with egg and cheese. Make 6-8” circles on greased cookie sheet(s). Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes. Loosen and flip the circles. Bake for another 5 minutes at 450 degrees.

With a pizza cutter, cut rounds into triangles (about 6 per round).

Let cool on a rack for 6-8 hours in a cool oven.

Makes 36 chips.

Well I made the soufflé with the coconut flour instead and it worked fine! Might add some cocoa next time for choccy ones ...

We had nachos tonight, kids had corn chips and I had crisp lettuce - works fine as you still get the crunch. Just need to eat it with a knife and fork.

Will try the zucchini recipe though, might be good with dips!
