Making some chicken sushi.

I've normally made salmon sushi in the past.Looking for ideas of what to put in to flavour the chichen! Thanks in advance!

Teriyaki. I normally do that or smoked. You can put seasoning on it if you wish and cook in strips or shred. However, I've found the way in which you cook chicken to be quite important as it can end up tough, tasteless and hard to cut.

Avocado and cream cheese are both beautiful with chicken sushi.
Some other ideas are chives, carrot, hoi sin sauce, lettuce, pickle, black bean sauce. Sesame oil. Green onion.
I get two sauces from the asian isle at Countdown which are so good. Theres a sesame and a chinese one. They are divine.
