I have tried Equisite foods turkeys for at least 15 years.much easier to cook and eat,without the bones.I think they farro ones are the same.1.8 kg,stuffed and you cook in the oven for about80 minutes.Equisite foods is in Rosebank rd,Avondale.$38 dollars.They taste great cold too.

Already precooked Pericles! I've cooked their boneless stuffed ones (like Spotswood) and they're very good.
