is a chicken that is stuffed able to be cooked in a crock pot? ? ? or should i just put it in the oven later? ? ? ?

I dont see why not, so long as it is cooked through thoroughly.

I've cooked stuffed chicken in the crock pot before and it's turned out okay. Of course you don't get that nice crispy skin like you get when it's been roasted.
