with camembert and panchitta ? ? ? ANy ideas on how one would make these please :) Sorry about the spelling:)

hi, i would slice the camembert fairly thickly and slice into the side of the chicken breast push the cheese slice into this pocket if you have any cranberry jelly put some of that into the pocket also, wrap the panceta around the breasts and fasten with a tooth pick, in a pan put a little oil and on medium heat cook the breasts turning a few times till looking good and then put into oven to finish off. Or after stuffing with the cheese dip the breast in a beaten egg and then breadcrumb do this a couple of times so you get a really good coating and then wrap the bacon. You could also put some spinach and a smear of garlic inside the breast with the cheese.
