250g kremelta 1 c skim milk powder 1 c icing sugar pinch of salt ½ t vanilla essence 1 c mixture of raisins, coconut, cherries, apricots, nuts 3 c ricies
Melt the kremelta.Stir in the ricies and mixture, and combine well.Pour into a lined slice tin.Set in the fridge.

Yes - I have frozen it successfully although I pretty much serve it straight from the freezer.I wouldn't defrost it then store it as the rice bubbles will soften.

You can also add chopped up coloured jubes to give it a real christmassy look

Rocky road is chocolate based and is not something I would freeze.It should keep well without having too.Once chocolate has been refrigerated, it can sweat and/or change colour.Its still OK but just doesn't look as appetizing.
