Internal Meat Temp's when cooking

has anyone seen a chart online for temps for cooking pork, poultry etc and the relevant temps you it should be for perfectly cooked meats!

I cook all my roasts to 142 F; and rest between 45mins and 1 hour.
Wrap in four layers of tin foil, shiny side up.
Whole Turkey is rested between 1.5hours and 2 hours. (Turkey is 22lbs).

I remove all roast meat at 160 deg. c.
Chicken a little higher.
Most meat thermometers have the temp of different cuts written on them.

are you sure!! medium has an internal temp of around 65C

Damn, you cooking pukekos with old leather boots, and eating the boots!

our temp probe says pork and chicken done at 82deg and beef and lamb med at 71 deg or med rare at 63deg.
