Homebrand flour.

Do you use it? Is your baking as good as it is with other flour?

It's all I've used for years for the high grade, haven't noticed a difference.I still buy Champion wholemeal though as I use lots and get the 5kg bags.

I use it often and Pams as well.No probs with it. Use it in bread as well.

I use it almost all the time and have never had any problems with it. Can't tell teh difference between when I use that andwhen I use a branded flour

I've never had problems with it either

Always use it - no difference to the more expensive that I can detect!

Probably bagged in the same factory as a branded one, with just a change of packaging - as milk is ;)

Use it all the time too, unless Champion is on special and only a few cents more.

Exactly, also the cheaper ones go off the shelves faster so can be fresher which is more important with flour than people think.

use homebrand or pams here too. I make nearly all our bread with it and buy whatever is cheapest, not necessarily the high grade either. Think all I have in cupboard now is the standard one and makes bread fine.

always use it! Love it, both the plain and self raising too. In all breads and baking
