The neck chop stew is cooked. How 2 remove fat?

make soap, after the fat has been washed. what do you do with your fat ,uli.

I do just that if I am in a hurry.... buzzy110.... pour the liquid into a tall narrower container, then remove the fat with a spoon.
Stews are better cooked with the fat, but removed before eating. I usually take out all the bones, gristle etc at this stage as well. Put them out later if anyone wants to suck on a bone.Oh yes , don't forget the "can" of un-minted peas. Frozen just won't cut it.

Never take the bones out of my meat. I think they are part of the meal and often we sit about getting the last bit of meat off. I have just discovered, also, that bones make fabulous rusks for young babies. My 11mth grandson just loves a bone - lol. Try taking it off him to replace with a new one. He sucks and gnaws away at it, effectively dissolving the remnants of meat on the bone then sucks out all the marrow. It is funny to watch. He gums them a lot where new teetch are growing and uses what teeth he has to scrap away at it.
