Salads for this time of the year

Ihave smallish lunch (30people) coming up this weekend and was wondering what suggestions others might have for delish salads I can make.The meat is ham - nothing else for meats (not my choice).Dessert is the birthday cake.Look forward to others ideas.

Couscous salad. Pasta salad. warm roast vegetable salad. Bean salad.

Yep I go for warm roasted vege salad with feta or goats cheese if you like it :) Potato, kumara, baby beetroot, baby turnips, carrots and red onions mmm

could do a tuna pasta salad, i mean there might be people who dont eat ham, potatoe salad, egg salad done the same way as a potatoe salad also nothing wrong with the traditional lettuce salad or coleslaw have bread rolls as well, cucumber and onion in malt vinegar if you have to do all this yourself you wont have time to make a lot of fancy salads

COUS COUS SALAD
Roast some bite size pieces of pumpkin, kumara, red onion, courgette (pretty much any thing you want)
Cook cous cous according to packet
Add veges to cous cous and add chopped feta.
Great served with lamb chops and with a bit of yoghurt and garlic dressing.
