I hope so blt.I'm planning on making them in the 8 cup mini loaf tins so I don't have to plough through a big loaf. Cooking for one can be a challenge.

I love nut loaves with roast veg at this time of the year.Will be trying Pickles recipe.They freeze really well in single slices which makes them economical and convenient.
