luncheon etc? been asked by a friend to come up with an idea for this , had seen a recipe with a rice base wrapped in rice paper or cabbage leaves , any other thoughts ? will try tradecooks soon , cant get on at the moment

busybeaver2, the reason why you "can't get on" to Trademecooks is because Trademecooks itself is closed but don't despair - it can be downloaded from:-
