I am cooking pickled pork in the crockpot for the first time. I remember speaking to a butcher a few years ago and he said what is really nice is when it is cooked take it out and pat dry, then mix brown sugar or mustard and something else? and put on top, then put in a hot oven for 15 mins. Would anyone know what the other ingredient/ingredients are please?
I think the glaze ingredients in that recipe may be want you're wanting.
Hope that helps.:-))
