in the storm last weekend our ladened apple tree blew over and I now have granny smiths to do something with, I know I can stew and freeze but can I just peel and freeze? any ideas would be welcome.

Thankyou but I would like something I could freeze...hubby tried a tarte-a-tarn (sp) but the caramel overcooked but it was still ok..took us 3 days to eat it all!!
