Hi there, i have just brought a Kenwood mixer and just recieved my free mincer/ sausage maker and i need to now buy sausage casings, does anyone know of where to buy them in Lower Hutt/Petone aera??, many thanks

What a clever lad you have got there :-) My grand father was the first butcher in Auckland to create different flavoured sausages, this is going way back to the 1920's. Tomatoe sausages were his specialty.
