how do you think feijoas would go in plain icecream. Rush Munroes have feijoa icecrem and it is delicious. I thought scoop out, sprnkle over a little lemon juice or something to stop them going brown, and soften vanilla icecream then add the feijoa. anyone got a good idea

does anyone know how well feijoas freeze! I was thinking I could scoop the flesh out and freeze in containers then get them out and heat them up in a pot as needed.
