Just giving the name they come under lol. To give new tray a trial before mom does the chocolate log.. Now i am contemplating wether to put cream in the middle or not lol..... I still have some of the home made jam left that will go in the middle but not sure about wether to put cream in there too... Need some votes lol

Another vote forcream...and someone said recently that if you trim one long edge, it's easier to roll without cracking.
nearly done :) first time doing such a thing and its awesome, my mother is impress with the thickness of it so she will be using it to make the chocolate log..
