I know how to cook a roast, but tips please for a rolled pork roast that doesn't mean the high heat at the end to crisp cracking doesn't dry it out. Thankyou

pretty much the same as for a roast just not cooked as long and you may want to baste it a bit to begin with and then near the end of the cooking time just pop a bit of tin foil over the top so that it doesn't burn...i have always done mine the same as any other normal roast and always turns out lovely!!

labyrinth go to the search facility left hand side of your screen Recipes, then keyword put pork belly, date posted anytime, click search and you will find a few recipes there to choose from.
