YAY a breakfast that DD will eat

well, drink actually. teenage DD was skipping breakfast so I decided to try smoothies. She has had this one for the last three days , using a different flavour yoghurt each day.
1 banana, 1 Tablespoon rolled oats. half Tablespoon honey, half cup yoghurt and half cup milk
(She empties a yoghurt tub and then fills it up with milk instead of half cup - she figured it just had to be equal amounts)
Any other suggestions for her to try!

Miss 21 puts ice cream in hers along with the yoghurt and fruit - frozen berries are good or tinned peaches - sometimes she adds crushed weetbix or LSA.

As silly as it sounds, a tablespoon full of peanut butter is a nice addition, particularly if you have some milo or other choc flavouring in it.

Yep i'll 2nd the LSA, tastes nice, gives it a nice texture and is so good for you. Ice cubes are quite nice to add as well.

Frozen banana is great in a smoothie! It blends to be just like icecream only without the additives and extra sugar :)
