sweetened condensed milk 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of milk powder, 1 Tblsp butter, 3/4 cup of boiling water. This recipe has saved me a trip to the supermarket, a few times.

Have you seen the price of milk powder.Cheaper to buy a can of condensed milk.
