I saw a recipe for this today and wondered if anyone had ever tried it. Steam florets of a whole cauliflower for 5 mins, let cool and dry out, whizz in a food processer briefly till texture of rice. Sauté7-10 mins on medium heat in olive oil and season. Apparently low carb .

I have. Blitz it while raw though. It is nice.My kids all eat it, but don't like cauliflower pieces.
