Anyone got a tried and true one? I have plenty of ingredients. Don't want to make a dud. I have to travel for about 3 hours this avo. Anyone got a goodie?

Have bumped a couple of old threads for you to look through. Hope you find a salad you're happy with :) If you need more ideas, do a search on "rice salad" there are a heap here, just remember to change the search criteria to "anytime".
