Rice Salad Help Please

Hi all, I am making a rice salad today for Christmas Day. I haven't made this recipe before, but basically it is rice, carrot and spring onion with a dressing of pineapple juice, wine vinegar, sugar etc. I'm not sure if I should dress the salad today or tomorrow just before serving, any comments would be most helpful :)

Making a day ahead should be fine. Give the flavours time to really kick in, and save you time as well. I

I always put the dressing on it the day before as jan2242 has said.
