What size cake would a packet of Bakels 750g cover!

Approx 20-23 cm square. Depends on depth of cake and how thin you roll it out. Knead well and lightly spray your bench top with non stick cooking spray.

Thanks I think I might need two packets as I might do a two layer cake as well as designs on it.

Don't use cooking spray. Use cornflour or icing sugar

if you roll it on cooking paper with just a little icing sugar its a lot easyer to move around and you can cheat and turn it over your cake .not that im lazy or anything ,,,

i've used cooking paper to. but didn't think about using it like that thanks i'll use that tip
