Has anyone got a hot beetroot recipe? Maybe using silverbeet/ onions? Not too exotic on the herbs/spices (as I don't have much in the cupboard) do have wine vinegar Dad dropped off some garden goodies but need some ideas Thanks

Cut up and roast them in 2Tblsp oil, 1Tblsp brown sugar and 1Tblsp balsamic salt and pepper,

I also grate them into soups and stews.

OK, so this isn't hot.But my goodness it was tasty.
Beetroot yummy with grated zest of an orange the juice as well very nice as a salad. love the recipes above too.
