Sweet Chilli Chicken- Alison HolstServes 4. 4 bone in, skin on thighs or legs flour to coat. 2 tablesp Apricot Jam, 2 Tablesp Tomato Sauce, 2 Tablesp Kikkoman soy Sauce, 2 tablesp sweet chilli Sauce. Turn S/cooker on to high and coat with non stick spray. Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel then shake them with the flour in a plastic bag and pat of excess. Leave to stand on paper towel. Stir the remaining ingredients together in the bottom of the slow cooker bowl.Turn the chicken pieces in this mixture to coat and arrange skin side up in the sauce. Put the lid on the cooker and cook on HIgh for 4 hours or low 7-8 hours. Serve with any remaining cooking juices spooned over the chicken.
