I can't find my cookbook anywhere... grrr. Would someone be kind enough to look in theirs and give me the jist of it? Please... ;)

This one is in mine 1/2c blanched almonds 1/2c butter 1&1/2c chopped onions or 4TBSPs diced onions 1c flour 2TBSPs curry powder 3/4c gr peppers 1tsp salt 4c cooked chicken 6c chicken broth 1dsp sugar Saute almonds, onion & gr pepper in butter. Stir in flour. Gradually mix in the chicken broth, salt & curry powder. Cook until sauce thickens. Stir occasionally, then add chicken. Continue to cook until well heated. Serve with rice & pineapple.
