2 packets plain sweet biscuits, crushed 250 g butter 1 can sweetened condensed milk 3 tablespoons Bushells coffee chicory essence 1 1/2 cups coconut 125 g butter, melted 2 dessertspoons strong coffee 360 g icing sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Place biscuits in a large mixing bowl. Gently melt together the butter and condensed milk and then add the coffe essence. Pour into the biscuits along with the coconut and mix well. Chill for 2 hours and then ice with combined coconut, melted butter, coffee, icing sugar and vanilla.

Lolly Cake Ingredients
100 g butter, melted 250 g (1 packet) malt biscuits, crushed 1/2 tin (200g) sweetened condensed milk 180 g (1 packet) fruit puffs, roughly chopped coconut
Method
Mix together butter, biscuits, condensed milk and fruit puffs. Shape into a log and roll in coconut. Refrigerate until firm and then slice into rounds.

Chocolate rock Ingredients
50 g butter 2 tablespoons golden syrup 250 g dark chocolate 200 g shortbread broken into rough chunks icing sugar for dusting Recipe Tools Method Melt together butter, golden syrup and chocolate. Remove from heat and add shortbread pieces, gently stirring until well mixed. Press into a lined small slice pan and refrigerate until almost firm, slice into bars and then refrigerate until hard. Dust with sifted icing sugar prior to serving.

Fuit and nut slice 250gpkt malt biscits, 100g butter, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. crumb biscuits. Heat butter, suger+cocoa [in pot large enough to mix rest of ingredients] until butter melts. Cool, beat in well egg+vanilla then add biscuit crumbs, rasins+walnuts, mix well. Spread mixture evenly in a 16cm square tin. Refrigerate until firm. Ice with Orange icing. 1 cup icing sugar, 1 tsp grated orange rind, 1 tablespoon hot water.

An old Fudge Cake recipe No baking. This is a recipe my aunt used to make, many moons ago. 2pkts arrowroot biscuits. 1 tin condensed milk. 2 tbs cocoa. 1/2 lb butter. Vanilla. Crush biscuits. Melt butter & condensed milk in saucepan. Add to biscuits and cocoa. Press into tin. Cool in fridge and ice with chocolate icing. Absolutely Delicious! ! !

Weetbix Square for Thuntz Melt 113g butter and 1/2 tin condensed milk. Pour over 9 crushed weetbix, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsp cocoa, 1 cup coconut (optional) 1/2 cup sultanas. Mix well. Press into flat tin. Ice with choc icing when set.

rice bubble cake 100g butter, 100g sugar, 1-2 d spoons honey & 5 c rices. Melt all the ingredients in a pot and boil for 5 min then pour over rices and put in tin. delicious

Date and Ginger Slice 185g dates (chopped), 125g butter, 60g preserved/crystallised ginger (finely chopped), 1/3 cup sugar, 3 cups cornflakes or rice bubbles. Place all the ingredients, except the cornflakes or rice bubbles, into a saucepan. Stir over a low heat until the butter is melted and the dates are soft. Add the cornflakes or rice bubbles and mix well. Press the mixture into a greased and lined 28cm x 18cm tin. Refrigerate until firm, then top with 125g dark chocolate and 15g Kremelta (melted together over simmering water). Return the slice to the refrigerator until set. Cut into small squares. :-))
