I used to just pick a handful, shake off the bugs lol, and pour boiling water over it, steep for a few mins, discard leaves, and enjoy. It has a mild lemon flavour, add a slice of lemon if desired. It has a calming effect, nice in the evening, its mildly soporific.

We put some in a thai beef salad last week instead of lemongrass (didn't have any) and it was really yum! I've read it can have anti-depressent effects, and calmng.It grows like a weed at our place!
